A 360 ° initiative to celebrate the most advanced achievements of Italian entrepreneurship
Eccellenze d'impresa is a platform for the study and scientific divulgation of culture and Italian enterprise’s most cutting-edge achievements. Its activities consist of study and divulgation initiatives through magazines, books, digital channels and a wide array of events.
It was created in 2014 due to the desire of GEA Management Consultants and Harvard Business Review Italia (with patronage from Borsa Italiana) to create a vast initiative to celebrate Italian enterprise’s most cutting-edge achievements. Since 2018 it has been supported by Arca Fondi SGR.
Since 2014, Eccellenze d’impresa has awarded the prize of the same name to companies performing extraordinarily well, as judged against criteria of profitability, innovation, internationalisation, sustainability and personnel management.
In 2018 the Premio Attrattività Finanziaria award was introduced, which recognises listed and unlisted companies that typify good governance, transparent management, and that are highly attractive to savers and investors.
The prizes awarded by Eccellenze d’impresa are judged by highly prestigious panels, which include names such as: Gabriele Galateri, Chairman, Assicurazioni Generali; Patrizia Grieco, Chairwoman, Enel; Emma Marcegaglia, Chairwoman, Eni; Federico Ghizzoni, Chairman, Rothschild Italia; Corrado Passera, Managing Director, illimity; Silvia Candiani, Managing Director, Microsoft; Raffaele Jerusalmi, Managing Director, Borsa Italiana; Marco Fortis, Vice Chairman, Fondazione Edison; Alberto Borgia, Chairman, AIAF.
