How many times have we heard and read it for almost two years now. Among the first effects of the lockdown, remote work was a collective experience that convinced companies, large or small, also allowing freelancers a new daily agility. But what's the right balance in this hybrid age? Some companies, especially Big Tech like Twitter is Spotify, have decided that their employees will be able to choose how to manage their day. In fact, it seems that the presence in the office is no longer one discriminating decisive: on the other hand, the (increasing) responsibility assigned to workers and the achievement of objectives matter.
