Technologies, innovation, actors, competitive dynamics, demand behavior, business strategies, environmental impacts and government policies are elements that must be taken into consideration. Their interaction makes that of the <strong>smart<\/strong> <strong>mobility<\/strong> a market ecosystem of which it is <strong>difficult to predict development<\/strong>, especially in times of great uncertainty such as the current ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is estimated that the automotive market, also extended to include mobility services, will reach a<strong> global value in excess of $ 1.5 trillion<\/strong>. A value that should not suffer significant impacts due to the Covid-19 emergency, but could only change in the distribution of the sectors within the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Italy, this market will have a value of over 250 billion euros and will absorb about 12% of the country&#039;s workforce, of which only 45% belonging to the automotive sector in the strict sense. <strong>demonstrating how the mobility ecosystem is progressively expanding its borders <\/strong>redefining the perimeter of the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some macro-trends such as <strong>hyper-urbanization<\/strong>, <strong>environmental protection<\/strong>, <strong>connectivity<\/strong>,<strong> widespread sensors <\/strong>and others will remain driving, despite the potential change in the population&#039;s propensity and willingness to consume. Con cos\u00ec tanta incertezza che circonda i veicoli autonomi, la 5G, la robotica, il commercio globale e i mercati petroliferi, i dirigenti dell\u2019azienda avevano bisogno di una serie di obiettivi guida e strategie che collegassero il futuro dell\u2019azienda al presente. Prima che il nostro lavoro iniziasse seriamente, i dirigenti avevano gi\u00e0 deciso un titolo per l\u2019iniziativa: Strategia 2030.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Ero curiosa di sapere perch\u00e9 fosse stato scelto quell\u2019anno specifico \u2013 il 2030 \u2013 come benchmark per il lavoro. Dopotutto, le forze che hanno influenzato l\u2019azienda erano tutte su linee temporali diverse: I cambiamenti nel commercio globale sono stati preoccupazioni immediate, mentre il campo della robotica avr\u00e0 progressi incrementali, delusioni ed enormi scoperte \u2013 a volte a distanza di anni. I dirigenti avevano scelto l\u2019anno 2030 a causa di qualcosa di unico per l\u2019azienda che potr\u00e0 accadere a 10 anni da oggi?<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Il motivo \u00e8 diventato presto chiaro. Avevano scelto arbitrariamente l\u2019anno 2030, un bel numero tondo, perch\u00e9 dava loro un senso di controllo su un futuro incerto. E ha anche favorito una buona comunicazione. La \u201cStrategia 2030\u201d poteva essere facilmente compresa da dipendenti, clienti e concorrenti, e si sarebbe allineata alla messaggistica dell\u2019azienda sulle loro speranze per il futuro. Inoltre, quando le aziende passano attraverso i loro processi di pianificazione a lungo termine, spesso creano delle linee temporali lineari segnate da anni che terminano in 0 o in 5. Il cervello pu\u00f2 facilmente contare in 5, mentre ci vuole un po\u2019 pi\u00f9 di lavoro per contare in 4 o 6.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Le linee temporali lineari offrono una certa sicurezza: che gli eventi possano essere preordinati, che il caos possa essere contenuto e che il successo possa essere tracciato e garantito. Naturalmente, il mondo reale in cui viviamo tutti \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 complicato. Le azioni normative o i disastri naturali sono completamente fuori dal vostro controllo, mentre altri fattori \u2013 sviluppo della forza lavoro, operazioni, idee di nuovi prodotti \u2013 sono soggetti a decisioni stratificate che sono state prese in tutta la vostra organizzazione.
