The challenges are many: from energy efficiency and precision agriculture to food traceability and the fight against waste. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/imd.force.com\/IMDACP\/s\/lt-event?id=aE61v00000000fCCAQ&amp;site=aD21v000000g3HwCAI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&quot;IMD ACE Global: Italian F&amp;B Legends Meet the Vaud Foodtech Ecosystem&quot;<\/a><\/strong> is the title of the online event to which you can register (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/imd.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_9jpxybnWQEavDuY20WLuFg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">click here for registration<\/a><\/strong>). The meeting will last <strong>from 12 to 13:30<\/strong> and will showcase the best of innovation in the food &amp; beverage sector. The IMD appointment will be dedicated in particular to two territorial contexts: <strong>the canton of Vaud,<\/strong> in Western Switzerland, with its startup excellence and the <strong>Italian territory<\/strong> as a whole, famous all over the world for its food excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Foodtech: innovation between two countries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the objectives of the event on Tuesday 8 June, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/imd.force.com\/IMDACP\/s\/lt-event?id=aE61v00000000fCCAQ&amp;site=aD21v000000g3HwCAI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&quot;IMD ACE Global: Italian F&amp;B Legends Meet the Vaud Foodtech Ecosystem&quot;<\/a><\/strong> aims to enhance potentials <em>bridges<\/em> between the two countries, <strong>Italy<\/strong> is <strong>Switzerland<\/strong> precisely, where the entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to innovate and the bond with the territory can make the most interesting stories related to the <strong>foodtech<\/strong>. In a historical moment where we talk about <strong>ecological transition<\/strong> as a step that can no longer be postponed, it is necessary to understand how to restructure the food chain to make it more efficient and more sustainable.
